1. Welcome to the institute for learning of foreign languages Deutschundmehr located in the university city of Graz.  
2. Deutschundmehr has a young and motivated team. Our basic goal is to make permanent knowledge of the German language possible through a programme of courses.
3. The courses are held in the institute's modern rooms. In the time period from July to September, we offer intensive courses in German language as well as courses on special topics (such as Legal German Summer School) and preparatory courses for exams in the German language.
4. We offer our students the possibility to get to know the city of Graz and the surrounding area in their free time.

UMLiP does not offer German language courses, but it can help you travel to Graz so you can learn during courses, in the street, in the supermarket...

In the summer of 2008, Nermin Zerem went to Graz with the help of UMLiP. Here is what he had to say:

"Graz was an extraordinary experience where you may perhaps not learn the whole grammar of the German language in two weeks, but you can improve your German through communication, encounter accents you do not have the chance to hear in schools and courses, and, which was very important to me, use the German language in everyday speech".

We suggest a summer course. You can apply over the telephone.
A minimum payment of 100 Euro or the payment for the whole course is necessary when applying. The rest is paid directly to the account of Deutschundmehr, or in cash in your first class.

Necessary information:
Name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of the beginning of the course, duration of the course (in weeks), with lodging or not - if lodging is found, what kind of lodging and whether it is paid for. After that, UMLiP sends your data to the institute so you can get a letter of guarantee from them with which you can apply for an Austrian visa.

We remind you that you have to start the entry process several weeks before the beginning of the course due to the visa acquiring procedure.
